maybe u try call those ppl that have the power to make decisions. by doing so, it helps reduce the no of calls to the same company. then u hav more time to call more ppls. like for the credit card debt collector department, they make roughly around 250-300 calls per day. other than that, maybe u can try search for any online guide on how to make a successful closing call. Plus u can try to look for any book to brush up ur persuasion skill too..
