Hi guys,
I have been feeling a bit burnt out this past couple of days. I was thinking of taking the week off, but the problem is I already took one 4 weeks back, and I feel that it could be too soon to take another week off. So I was thinking of going on a light cycle, but the problem is, whenever I go on a light cycle, I always feel that I am not working out and enough! Would appreciate advice from someone who has gone through the same thing.

BTW I consider myself an intermediate newbie (is that an oxymoron hmm.gif ). I have been hitting the gym for 1 1/2 years now, and my workout consist of mostly compound exercises (deadlifts, bench press, clean and press, squats, dumbell squats, military press, etc. Never had a dedicated day for biceps & triceps tongue.gif)

Hi guys,
Thanks for all the advice. I took some fish oil, and now my knees doesn't hurt anymore. Also I stopped carrying heavy for one week, and now I am feeling much better. In fact last week just manage to bench press my body weight and also broke my PR for deadlifts wink.gif

just came back from gym a couple of hours back wink.gif. BTW I also have trouble sleeping after going to gym. Probably due to damn Lipo 6. Tomorrow confirm knock out after work.
