I have been feeling a bit burnt out this past couple of days. I was thinking of taking the week off, but the problem is I already took one 4 weeks back, and I feel that it could be too soon to take another week off. So I was thinking of going on a light cycle, but the problem is, whenever I go on a light cycle, I always feel that I am not working out and enough! BTW I consider myself an intermediate newbie (is that an oxymoron
). I have been hitting the gym for 1 1/2 years now, and my workout consist of mostly compound exercises (deadlifts, bench press, clean and press, squats, dumbell squats, military press, etc. Never had a dedicated day for biceps & triceps
