Miss Yee Lin, I am not a girl but I hope you don't mind me replying.
I too once had severe gum problem. Every morning, I will wake up to salive filled with blood. Once, when woke up at a hotel in Langkawi, I discover to my horror, the white pillow had a patch of blood stain! And yes, no matter how soft I brush, there will be gum bleeding. If I eat banana, there will be blood on the banana. If chit chat, lets say more than 30minutes, gum will bleed.

In addition, its causes halitosis, that is breath odor!

Thankfully, one good friend of mine recommended her dentist. The dentist after examining my mouth, declared my gum function is only 30% only and if untreated, I WILL LOSE MY TEETH. I decided to take her treatment.

24 hours after the treatment, I wake up to blood-free saliva. I brush my teeth and its miracle, no bleeding.

I went for scaling about one week after that, and NO BLEEDING!

Now, its has been 3 or 4 years free from gum bleeding. Even the dentist is amazed with my recovery. Thank God and to my friend and the dentist.

Yeelin , If you have sensitive gums use this toothpaste called SENSODYNE , I thinl colgate also has something specific for sensitive gums. This is an effective method !

the dentist gave great treatment..so no pain. Its more painful to see blood every morning

Pharoh,
changing toothpaste is not a solution. Its best get professional help to find root cause of the problem.

Joe Silva,
I went to Klinik Chempaka, at Kelana Jaya
