Hye guys..

I really need all the opinion that can help me right now.
I really2 know nothing bout all the terms and procedure to buy a second house.
Now i want to buy a house(service apartment) from the actual owner of my house that i'm living/renting now.He want to sold it to me and i agree.
So...what is the most important thing i must do.Mean the 1st step and all the process i must go through until the house can be mine.Oso how much the cost.
For second house, is it can if we want to take a full loan and how bout the lawyer will cost...
I try to read and search at Yahoo,but not very understand with all the complicated word there.Haha...
Maybe somebody can explain to me...
