NPL = Non-performing loan.. the loan which some snobby youth who wish to ride in expensive car (and sexy girl) take at the expensive of their parents which eventually caused him to unable to perform (payment on the loan, not the girl) and finally defaulted it. such loans will be tagged NPL.  In the end, the car will be towed away (usually by *ehem* people).
