Master's Degree
A Bachelor's Degree with good honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or any other institution of higher learning recognised by the Senate; or A qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree and experience in the relevant field recognised by the Senate. So yeah, if one's CGPA is low (though by low it means lower than 3, lower than 2, who knows) you gotta have work experience in the relevant field. For how long you have to check with the registrar. Anyway, IMHO its a case by case basis. By this i mean the relationship between your degree CGPA to how many years of working experience you shall need. But 2 years should be adequate i guess. However, usually, especially for UTM undergraduates, the route for acceptance in UTM master degree is to find a lecturer who agrees to be your supervisor for your master degree. It could be your thesis supervisor. As an example, my senior was accepted to continue his Masters Degree under his thesis supervisor, who agreed to let him continue his research he embarked on his thesis.
