if i'm not mistaken, these electronic cigarettes only contain nicotine to help relieve the addiction to cigarettes (it's the thing which got u hooked up in the first place) , it doesnt contain the other harmful stuff usually found in a normal cigarette like tar, and other carcinogenic compound. so it is healthier than a normal cigarette, although the healthiest choice would be not to smoke at all..

there are other alternatives besides the electronic cigarette. like nicotine chewing gum, and nicotine patches. but i'm not sure where u can get one though.

I tried those before, even one with nicotine tube but all didn't work.. I know my determination isn't strong enough (blame myself for it) so I'm trying to look for alternative rather than quitting kit which I know won't do much again

I've finally found one from a tobacco shop. Haven't tested it yet as it is still charging. Hope this would do significantly less harm than smoking
