urm.. the front panel header cables bundle them up together and try to tie it up higher to the top.
pci-e power cable would look nicer coming from the bottom. the excess cable lenght can be tuck behind the mobo tray or beside the PSU.
24 pin power cable can be pulled back tighter for cleaner look.
and i guess if u can replace those sata cable with sleeved ones or black colour one it would look a lot nicer smile.gif
is ur sidepanel windowed? if yes.. CCFL!!! drool.gif

it's been a long time i come to this thread ^^ happy to see some new stuff =D

Added on September 6, 2009, 6:06 pmBTW i saw my name in the HAF932 list but not in the V8 cooler list

@bryanyeo
neither. and neither does TRUE.
for the price of V8. get xigmatek thor hammer then find 2 decent fan. to mount them. have more budget get megashadow.
both this cooler can even put TRUE 120 to shame at a lower price point.
sorry CM fans but. truth must be told xD
top 3 air cooling HSF now is megahalem/megashadow, thor hammer. and TRUE 120
but TRUE overpriced and if not wrong the LGA1336 braket have to purchase saperate.
if on budget and get get N620 at less than rm200 then it's a good choice.. i oso considering selling my V8 liao~~

i think the one from thermalright that look like flame one. or other brand.
one fan in middle 2 fan outside. but truth to be told. take 2 fan of the same power stack it up to blow the same direction will lead to lesser air flow power..
tested with 2 CM90cfm fan coz last time pekies did it so out of curiosity i try it.
2 fan should at least have some distance at about 2-3 inch for push pull config to maintain fast air flow.
more fan doesn't mean better cooling. proper air flow is

CCF would be nice if they revamp the stupid mounting so that most board can use it lol
@piumiu
the v8 default fan is actually the 90cfm model with added fan controller

lol
basically lycosa u can reprogram every single key on it..
i personally prefer x6 for the value.
u got a lot of dedicated macro keys + they whole number pad can be converted to macro pad. not only that u have 3 banks. means u got total of 30 physical key and 90 macros u can program. and also the brightness of the backlid is adjustable. add on feature like cruise control. on the fly macro record. basically all these give a lot better value for money compare to lycosa.

but i like lycosa for they buttons. laptop like. can type very fast xD

i did read the article in benchmarkreview site about cpu coolers and the test they did.
a cooler that works great on LGA775 chip wont necessary will perform as great on i7 or i5 chip. mainly because the contact area on the i7 and i5 (and also amd chip) is bigger than the Core2 chip and the placement of the core in the processor is different too.

IMO CCF is one of the best cooler for LGA775 chip and since the i5 is just a little bigger than the core2 chip it might perform really great on them BUT... do they make the mounting for LGA1156? lol coz if they do it would be really great becuase P55 chipset eliminated northbridge and there is a lot of clearance so should be able to fit everyboard HAHA

if the cooler perform very very good on i7 chip it will definately perform really well on amd chip.
and for the price comparing thorhammer/ megahalem/ BETUL BETUL 120
i say go thor hammer.it can outperform TRUE 120 with compare with same fan. and if u look at the price is about rm100 cheaper too and it looks WAY WAY WAY WAY BETTER~~

budget cooler. HYPER 212+ is very very good for the price. the included stock fan is stronger too. just no LED. may look very plain.

lol its look like ur only option is the CM elite if u asking for cooler master. just make sure u change the exhaust fan to a stronger one.

3850cf performance is about par with 4850 single card setup as far as i know

Added on September 15, 2009, 3:59 pmbtw. any megaflow 200 user here?
