i meant let them loose 1st, a bit of work required but its necessary. It could be the cables are routed where it inflicted pressure to certain part of ur heatsink, thus less contact etc. Once u checked fully then work on the again. When u disassemble the do slowly and to check if it affects any part of ur mobo/heatsink, dont put too much pressure to stretch ur cable etc. Cable management done once most of the time not really affective, i did mine like 2-3 times everytime got new hardware or a change of something in it. 
erm, may I know what's the normal temperature range for both AMD n Intel?
