personally for me its the CM Scout... but im loving CM690...
and yeah it depends on the persons perference...

cacings look neat... but could be straighten a bit more...

cm690 very good case, goo airflow and the best part is that its not very expensive...
so if looking for good looking budget casing with good airflow , go for the cm690...
i've been using it for nearly 2 years now and im very satisfied with it...

both the 590 and 690 have good reviews...
but from what i read, the cm690 seems to have a bit more better flow, plus u can add more fans in the 690..
the 690 is also a tad taller than the 590, though it being a bit expensive...
as for managements, they have similar good cable management systems...
so if u want to save a bit go for 590 but if u are willing to add another RM30 to ur case purchase than go for the 690...
