does fuel consumption for Saga really that bad? any users to give some more specific figures for the FC of Saga BLM 1.3 MT and Myvi 1.3 MT?

i just came back on my friend's Saga BLM manual. it hit 2.5K RPM at 80km/h. traveled around 200km for RM25 for RM1.80/L on average speed of 80km/h. is it normal for a 1300cc car? how about compared to Myvi?
