There are pro and cons...

...nowadays ..if the concrete work and tiles is good better have it unless it is low quality basin etc.
contractor charge plane's price...and you might have defect after several months in piping ,cabel and leaking.
By then, the contractor runaway liow..and u need to renovate again.

Answer is simple.
Are you willing to pay RM 50k more for a furnished house?
If you think RM 50k isn't a lot, then why not pay to reduce hassle? smile.gif

I pay 80k for a furnished house.......i think the owner have spend more than 200k for that
