As it was mentioned before, its not always a luxury to have a spotter but there are always ppl around the gym. Just a smile and chat and you will make some new friends

I already met a couple of them at the gym that I go to. Mostly ApiiT students but freaking strong =.=
Some Indons, Irans...etc etc.

furthermore, motivation comes from progress that you see in the mirror smile.gif

Friends can be found in the gym. Everything starts with a simple chat / smile.
