thats what i do personally dont like ppl throw dumbbell n weight after using, as if they just finished a super heavy weight workout n want to show to all ppl. one guy in the gym i workout likes to do that, eg when do dumbbell curls, he pull the bench near the mirror, do 1 set, then banggggg the dumbbell after finish, n look around. n almost everyset he does that.
sometimes its understandable, where u roughly know a guy is on his maximum weight or last set, then he drop the weights.
