and for the games, if im not mistaken, there are few games that u cant turn off the keypads. btw, how to turn off the keypad is go to settings > application mgr > installed apps. then click options on the games that u are highlighting, go to suite settings > on-screen keyboard

maybe the sensor is off?

try to check at settings > phone > sensor settings > sensors

did it happen before this? do u have any battery loose problem?

it depends on the coverage in that area and some other factors too such as the weather, buildings around etc. sometimes i do get locked in within 1 sec and sometimes i do get locked in after 5 mins

maybe u can try to call other ncc to check whether they have stocks or not. i did like that last time. there are few more ncc around kl area
