If i format the mem card with the phone, whats the default folders and files name created in it?

bought new one red colour..really nice phone...i've use so many phones and most of it is base on WM, the only i like is Omnia and this phone. So decided use this phone for a long time. The only thing i don't like is when to install 3rd party apps...there will be cert errorlah..cert expired lah...and then kena signed and unsign...wtf..what is that?
