i've installed symbian plus on my tubey but it shows feature not supported

tried to restore my phone's factory settings & all the data gone (contacts, installed applications & etc). seems like my phone has been formatted instead of restoring back the factory settings only after restart. anyone face this kind of prob before? btw, i was using the *#7370# method
