hello.. guys.. im new in this forum here. Im 1 of the 5800s' owners too =) blue colour =)

Recently i have ordered and bought a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic from Sapura Marketing. They sent the handset to me through courrier. I would like to ask you guys a few questions regard to my handset.

1) Is Sapura handset original? It has Nokia 1 year warranty privillege which same as Zitron and Avaxx.

2) Since I'm from Melaka, where should i send my handset to if there's any problems to my handset? I'm very confused since I didn't buy it at a physical shop. I have phoned Sapura company before. The person asked me to send my handset together with the warranty card to any Nokia shops. However, I do not know is there any shops in Melaka that will accept and help me since it's under Sapura. Hope you guys will be able to let me know.

3) I have some problems with my handset. Sometimes when I tap my handset, I could feel the double vibration. Why will that problem occurs?
Normally when I tap it only vibrate once and softly, but sometimes it has double vibration and the vibration is stronger than normal one. Why?

4) I have problems receiving files from Sony Ericsson handsets. I have no problems when they send me song files, but I have problems when i want to receive image files. My handset does not seems to receiving the image files at all although I have pressed 'Accept'. I also have no problems to send both image and song files to Sony Ericsson handsets. I tried to use my friend's 5800 before. His can receive image files from Sony Ericsson handsets. Is there any problems to my own Nokia 5800 XpressMusic?

Added on July 1, 2009, 1:07 ami see.. will try then =) i wanna ask u.. i have dropped my 5800 for once b4 and my hp front right cover gt abit open. the hole is not tat serious as im still able to use the hp n tap the touchscreen. I try to press it for many times d but it seems like the small hole cannot be closed.. in that case, is it any of tiny things that support the cover has been broken? 5800 is not made up wif that exp materials i guess as i alrd dropped it once and the cover oni open.. kinda heartache for it.. haihz.. Can i send my phone to the shop (if they are willing to accept my hp) and ask them to fix it for me without charging? the prob i know is that no1 can open and fix it except for authorized technicians as the warranty will be voided if the round sticker in the phone is broken. i did try alot of times d. keep cancelling and resending and repeating the same steps but it stil doesnt work.. SE hp keep showing something like 'Waiting for reply..'

once it's ok then after that then the same prob wont occur anymore?

hi guys.. i have another question to ask. Are all the 5800 lcd screen got senget abit 1? the left side of the lcd seems ok but the right side of the lcd seems gt abit senget. how come ar?

how to do that?

can we change our memory cards wif NCC if ours r only class2?

is PNY well known? how come Nokia din replace it wif their own brand memory card?

i see.. i feel like changing mine.. how should i tell them? mine is class2..

music files sumtimes disappear itself.. duno why too.. but only certain musics.. others remain there n no prob..

how come whenever i wan to install new themes, my 5800 will tell me that the themes are not suitable for my 5800.. when i tried to use it, it really like gt prob.. so far i have found many new 5th ed themes but there is none of them i can use =(

have u guys tried xpressbeer b4? do your 5800 can play it well? my was like after 'pouring' out abit then the rest cant pour out d.. why? is it the hp bro or xpressbeer has bugs?

5800 made wif bad quality materials.. haih.. if u r able to fix ur prob, then i wil bring mine to NCC too. Hopefully evrything wil b fine.
