Hi there,

I just bought my RED 5800 XM a few days ago.
It's running on version 21.0.025.

I'm facing problems with the alarm.
When I choose to set a new alarm, there are 3 things which I can change.
The first is the time, then the description and repeat.

The problem is, I can't even edit the alarm time (even after double tapping the screen) nor the description.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Any solution to this?

Hmm, that's no the issue.
The issue is that I cannot even bring up the alphanumeric pad to input the time...
I've double tapped the field for many times..
