btw i have problem receiving files through Bluetooth with SE even i paired. is it firmware prob?

the one i bought skool antifinger print is rough surface too, but the visibility is around 80-90% and got air bubble around the proximitiy sensor.... i will make up my mind later tonite

go there and show them the problem and ask them to change~ tell them is a known issue and stand firm.

else call Nokia and ask , not the care center. report this matter to them.
