Come, comelah, people.

The food - don't worry, we catering from Italiannese so the food definitely won't suck.

You can bring friends, just tell us early so we can book the places.

Would love to hear what you guys have to say after your experience with the XpressMusic.

I used to be a journo and while on the job, I did this early preview of a proto 5800. Thankfully, it's come a long way since then!

Currently a few common ones is the memory card, camera module and the noisy case lol. The lightleakage can't really do much about it..
*
I think we can bring up this issues to Nokia folks tommorow smile.gif
I hope they will officially call back all class2-memory card user to change their module.
I went to NCC last 2 weeks and they said Avaxx & Zitron come with different camera lens colour module, Avaxx with green lens while Zitron with blue lens.
that's why last time I check both my tubes comes with different lens colour, anyone can confirm this?
Maybe this is the reason of the greenish noise display when taking picture in the dark/black pitch.. hmm.gif

There is no camera lens on Tube.

Its a sensor.

I notice some people's LCD is yellowish while mine is more normal or neutral (lil blueish/whitish)

my mistake, dont know what people call it smile.gif
is it because of different distributor, our tube come with different charecteristic?

Just a few pics of today's meetup to share smile.gif

Dimension comparison 5530 & 5800 (kokomon's red tube). 5530 feels more rigid, come with WiFi, kinetic scroll, but it lack of 3G & assisted GPS features.

A lot of free gift to take back home - Nokia mug, USB LED, Isetan voucher.

I would like to try the Ovi Maps after david's explanation-which we can synchronize our tube-pc-internet to plan our journey, but the license are quit pricy for me..

huhu. already tried numerous times. even soft reset also already tried.

Have u tried to use the WiFi from different places? Maybe u can go to McD, starbucks, & mamak n try out the Wifi.
In my case somes access point will return "no gateway reply" but when i go to other place the WiFi are working fine - so it's maybe not our tube's faulty, mybe the access point itself.

is not loading slow, is like u stuck in the current picture, no response even u press any key

Im facing this too, r u using class 2 memory card?
It happen before when every time I want to access my images & videos.
My solution for having this kind of problem - make a lot of image folder inside the "images & videos", try to make it less than 40 pictures per folder.
But for videos, more than 15 files will stuck & slow dramatically your phone, maybe because of the file's size sad.gif

if they release the new firmware for 5800 before the launching of 5530, for sure it will "kacau" 5530 sales.

Hello! After much consideration, i have decided to choose 5800xm over n97! N97 is way too expensive and being a youngster, i don't thinK i would be using some of the functions there, which I think there isn't much also since 5800xm is almost the same and the price is cheaper, smaller and lighter!
But I am not sure what colors I want! The blue looks nice though but it seems rare. The red is hot! Any opinions?
*
Wise choise rclxms.gif I would suggest blue/red one for teenage or on-the-go and active person, silver/black one for grown-up one wink.gif

I am not saying it's not nice~ chill. Just not my preference i guess! But it's a good color as it won't go out of fashion and will last forever! =)  rclxms.gif

Haha, no worry. this subject are too subjective & depends on our preference smile.gif

help I just did soft reset with *#7370#

Some program already running in the background,
but the phone keep preparing memory card.

How?
*
I also did the soft reset last night.
Maybe u can try to wait for a while for the process to complete - depend on your memowry card class & how many files you got in there.
mine need to patiently wait roughly around 10 ~ 20minutes on class2 MC & 5GB occupied.
