local universiti is every semester will creditted after deduct the course fee.. if i not mistaken...

for private universiti.. may be half year once.. mean 1 year get two payment.. manage your financial wisely for those who study outstation... if not then later susah nak bayar course fee... (applied to low income family)

1st - PTPTN does not allow for advance diploma cause it is consider diploma

2nd - other university, u need to get delay payment letter for your diploma PTPTN then apply again PTPTN for new degree course...
