I need to ask regarding the SSPN thing too. Currently studying in UTAR and based on their first webpage:http://www.utar.edu.my/3rdcontentPage1.jsp?2ndcontentid=609&3rdcontentid=561&catid=2&contentid=1545

what i saw are only these:
Individual Public Bank passbook slip (1st page with the stated student's name, IC number and bank account number - joint accounts are NOT accepted)

then based on this one:http://www.utar.edu.my/3rdcontentPage1.jsp?2ndcontentid=609&3rdcontentid=560&catid=2&contentid=1545

Must have SSPN Account (must open at least 3 weeks before application date)

i'm really confused... help please...
