depends on ur parents income

im not sure if this have been asked before, i just couldn't find it....well, my question is, can one request PTPTN to release the payment for particular semester earlier (as PTPTN only releases payment twice a year)??? earlier as in, from November-December(normally PTPTN's 2nd payment release) to September 09??? and im from IPTS...any help much appreciated....
*
No. so discuss with your college to difer payment IF you're still waiting for money, provided your loan has been approved

QUOTE(jayn @ Aug 25 2009, 08:58 PM)
hi. im asking this on behalf of my friend. he has a C in maths for his A levels. is he still eligible for the PTPTN loan? he met the minimum requirements for the course he plans to take because it's minimum Cs.
*
Should be alright, as long as you dont fail any subject?
But i think they will look at your SPM results.
Check with your college scholarship dept.

I have got a question wrt PTPTN.

let's say I have RM 100K in the SSPN a/c does that mean my child can get a loan of another RM 100K? I.e. a ringgit to a ringgit.

Xuzen

dun think so. depends on what course ur child is studying and parents income.

QUOTE(doinkz_gaara @ Dec 5 2009, 02:19 PM)
Surprisingly they need our parent's photostated IC also? >< That's a little too much right? ><
*

Kinda bothersome that my parent don't have a payslip sad.gif

QUOTE(bigmoneymaker @ Dec 7 2009, 02:52 AM)
excuse me, guys, i want to ask that if my father is a businessman and he of course has got no payslip for himself as the business owned by himself....so will the ptptn loan recognize the fact that my father business suffering impact of economic downturn and surely both parents income lower than rm30k annually(monthly less than 1500), therefore i am validated to get the maximum loan of rm66000 to study in ipts??? what solid proof needed to show the low income less than rm1500 of sole trader rather than the payslip of employees...anyone know clearly of this how to show the concrete proof of parental low income when he or she runs sole trader business???

Added on December 7, 2009, 2:58 amI MEANT MORE EXACTLY WILL THE PTPTN LOAN RECOGNIZES THE PROOF WE SUBMITTED FOR THE LOW INCOME OF OUR SOLE TRADER PARENT???WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO VALIDATE THE PROOF?? BY CERTIFICATION OF WHO??? TAX DEPARTMENT?? COMMISSION OF OATH???DONT MAKE FUN OF ME LAH!!!

PLEASE TELL ME , I MAY NEED TO GET PREPARED NOW FOR THE THINGS THAT MAY NEED TIME TO PRODUCE AS FORMAL DOCUMENTS FROM NOW ON......
*
give them ctc photostat latest income tax slip. and write as many ''tangunggan'' as possible; ie hse payment, car payment, bro sis education payment, etc. because in the end if im not wrong they will look at ur gaji bersih after they deduct all these. just my 2cents and pls correct me if im wrong. goodluck.
