i would like to ask, i just graduate. Therefore would like to ask:

if i start to paid my loan before the 6 month duration they give it to us,
therefore am i need not need to paid the administration fee?
*
yup. if u manage to pay all the amount that u borrowed within 6 months of your graduation. Then you would not have to pay administration fee. However, if u are unable to pay all, then the administration fee would be based on the balance you owe PTPTN

if i unable to pay all and the administration fee will available. but will the administration become lesser or remain the same as beginning.

the administration fee would be based on your amount balance for that month. Let say, u borrowed 20,000. But you have paid about 5,000. So administration fee is charged on the balance of RM15,000.

yes. but i would like to start paid before they request. do anyone know how to start?

You can start by using the loan calculator to calculate the amount that you have to pay for each month based on number of years that you want to pay back your loan. You can pay by using Maybank2u online. But you would need your offer letter number and IC number.

What ever amount that you paid (within 6 months of graduation) there is no administration fees. The fees would be charged after 6 months of graduation.

Hi, i really need help. I have already graduated and i have kemaskini-ed my PTPTN load details. However, they still havent sent me a confirmation that they have lowered admin costs to 1%. What can i do to speed things up? Theyre website is so messy and stupid. Asking a question is too damn tough. And i cant re-kemaskini my details. Has anyone gotten the confirmation email on the lowering of the costs to 1% here?

When did you update your personal details? When did you graduate? If you still have several more years to make your payment, then you dont have to worry, just give them a call to check on your status cause their will start charging the 1% interest from June 2008 onwards depending on when you start paying back your loan

Why you cant update your details? You have to follow the table as to when you can update your details. It is based on when you receive your loan if not mistaken

I called them up also cause I updated my details in Jan'11 and up to now i have not get my letter yet.
They say if you updated your details before the 10th of each month, you can get the offer letter by the 10th of that month because they issue the letter every 10th of the month. However, for example if you updated on the 8th of the month, you most likely would not get the letter on the 10th of the same month, you might have to wait until the next month.

It is much easier to call them and speak to them directly although at times quite difficult to get through

FYI, everyone was a fresh grad too and most paid back all their loans within the stipulated time.

It's how you prioritize. At least now when I want to take loans, I don't need to headache bout PTPTN.

5k only, if you divide by 24 months = 208.33 per month.

Very true, everyone is a fresh graduate when they first graduated. Plus you only took a loan of RM5,000. If you started paying a small amount when you first got a job, you would have settle it by now.
My loan with PTPTN was 10 times of yours, which was RM50,000. I am glad that I have settle it and dont have to worry about it.

Thus, everyone should be responsible for their own PTPTN loan and not try to avoid repaying back once you start working. Everyone has commitment so the question is prioritizing your needs against your wants.
