3. PANDUAN PENGISIAN DOKUMEN TAWARAN
This You can find it under MAKLUMAT PINJAMAN Category ; DOKUMENT PENGESAHAN ...
U need adobe acrobat to view the document and printed out... Please do not edit the font size or type as they will reject if found out the form had been edited.
Next : You need to fill up the form and get some one to verify and certified the form for u ... EG: Your Secondary School Pengetua (best choice) for me.
Note : You also need your parents to sign the form for you
