Although its old news, but from the article above, those who got 1st class and graduate on 2010, can get exemption.
But y those graduate on 2009, 2008 cannot leh...........
I've ask the PTPTN officer on behalf of my fren, they say cannot also.
Anyone got appeal or anyway?
