QUOTE(VirginGreen @ Feb 16 2015, 11:44 AM)
Hello everyone,

May I know why i cannot access to E-FES website to pay my loan?
I tried the main website, then click the E-FES logo, also cannot.
I tried the E-FES link: http://epay.ptptn.gov.my/loan/ptptnlogin.html also cannot.
Tried with Chrome, Firefox and IE.
Any solution? Please help. Thank you.
*
Sometimes i encounter this problem too. I always try again a few days later and it worked again.

QUOTE(skloda @ Feb 17 2015, 07:02 PM)
Just received letter from them ask to pay the outstanding..huge amount @@... Or else after 30days will take action...

Anyone receive this kind of letter too?  Have to settle all or can nego?
*
Im sure there are room for discussion. Just head to your nearest ptptn centre to inquire. Im sure there are other options such as prolonging repayment period etc etc.

Is the efes website to pay ptptn down? I cannot access
*
You can pay online with public bank when efes is down.
Only downside is PBB charge RM1 instead of 50cent charged when using efes.

Sad to say you have to keep following up, like every 1 or 2 week.

PTPTN sucks, wanna pay also got problem

this problem occurs regularly.. i would suggest you pay through online banking respectively.
PBB charges RM1 processing fee.
Mbb also charges RM1 processing fee (under Education & Education Loans)

But i've remember reading somewhere in this thread where bank charges 50cents too, but i forgot which bank.

QUOTE(Gogurt @ Mar 8 2016, 11:32 AM)
hi guys, just wanted to check out on the tunggakan thing,

i made a ptptn loan few years back, not much, just 5k . checked on the penyata baki i still owe 5.2k after all this.

but the tunggakan was around 4k, can i know why the tunggakan can be so high when the penyata i checked is still 5.2k?
*
Tunggakan is the amount you should have already paid by this time.
Since you havent start paying for a few years, you're 4k behind your payments.

QUOTE(aikido_dude @ Mar 11 2016, 07:26 AM)
Hi, I'm applying for ptptn and I'm required to open 2 bank accounts:
CIMB(uni) and Maybank(SSPN-i)
If I were to get the loan, which bank account would I use more or to say which one will I use to pay my uni fees?
*
Loan will go into savings acc which should be your CIMB.
