im the first batch applicant, i heard some of my fren said 3rd of august means today we will get our money, but when i checked online my status permohonan still in tunggu pengesahan @_@, when is the exact date to get my money a?

i got some problem with the money they banked in to me, im local u student, they suppose to bank in to me rm3500 every sem, but then now i got rm3441 only, another rm59 they dint bank in to me, that rm59 is it used for other purposes?

insurance? yeap, every of my friends they are facing the same problem too, they din get their full amount, some charged rm100, some more than and less than.

hey, want to ask, only the first class student entitled to convert from loan to scholarship? how about 2nd upper? did the government said only have to pay 50% for the loan for those 2nd upper or 3pointer ?
