can i know what should i do with the cheque rm1.5k from ptptn? its so called as wang pendahuluan(wpp) if not mistaken for those fresh uni students

i never accept the offer from public uni and choose private uni for my degree studies.

ps: the cheque was one year ago and its still with me..will i get penalties?
