If I wanna take a PTPTN loan for degree but I've already taken for my diploma once, is it possible to loan again?

Hey guys, I'm an ex diploma student. I took the loan during my diploma, and now I'm doing degree, so I heard that I need to postpone my payment. Anyone in my situation or has experience on this matter? What do I do? I called PTPTN but still am not about the process.
