no, you don't have to open a bsn account to apply for ptptn loan. you just need to go to the bsn counter to buy pin number. just let them know its for ptptn. regarding the bank usage, it depends on your institution which bank is being used. different college/university, use different banks. just check with TARC. hope this helps : )what should i do to get the ptptn loan?
