i would like to ask a few questions regarding bout ptptn loan here.. (hopefully here's the right thread?)

1. my father is retired and not a government servant. should i just empty from gaji kasar all the way to no. ahli kwsp?
and is there any documents that i need to prepare?

2. if necessary, can i buy another pin to daftar a new online form, then just ignore the previous one?
