I spotted a discrepancy on my statement. I have managed to repay the full loan at the end of 2005. A year later, I received another statement saying that I overpaid them a few hundred ringgit (exactly the amount to the total of kos pentadbiran) and I assume that they are giving me a rebate on the kos pentadbiran and have been waiting for the refund for years.

I received another statement just a few days ago which is the exact statement on 2005. When I tried to search online for the 2006 statement, it was not there. As if it was erased from their record.

So what should I do about it? I tried to call but cant get through to them.

I am writing in to PTPTN regarding the discrepancy on my account statement. Will keep you guys in touch with the progress.
