hello,i wanna ask that i fail to applied for ptptn via my spm result cause it's didn't manage to get the minimum requirement for the T&C,but can i applied using my Semester Final Exam result??i'm taking diploma program nw

Hey i wanna ask that if i wanna loan ptptn for degree level 2, did they require spm result and diploma cert or just diploma cert? cause i my spm result is not so good so that my diploma cant take loan...and now i just depend on my degree if not i nid to retake some subject coming spm...
