Guys about the ptptn do we need to buy the PIN number first before applying or getting offer letter from college?
If its not buy pin first then later i was accepted into the college then didnt manage to get loan then how ? And i only got 4 credits but my bahasa malaysia get D which is no credit, will the loan can pass? |
