Yeah, it's dam sad cause when i applied for it I thought I was elligible for the scholarship. And now they turnt it back. Goshhhh ~

Since the PTPTN officer is being a pain in the ass , I am going to rant it here. I applied for the exemption ages ago. And then no news at all for more than a year, so I consulted the PTPTN officer that is managing my account. Email, no reply for ages. Call, never pick up. So i went to FB and message the PTPTN group. Then they updated me say my documents are not complete. I still need some documents. So I called the officer like a million times again and finally she manage to update me and tell me what I need. And, she said she sent back all my documents, well you know we need to certify all our degree certs, transcripts and letter from university which take some time for University to prepare. But, I have not received the documents back. In result, I need to contact University to prepare all the documents for me again. And I finished my studies earlier, so I would have to get an extra confirmation letter for the change of structure, the university say they will send to PTPTN. I asked the PTPTN officer whether they would allow that, and the officer say I need to send the letter together with my documents and application. And rudely send me an email with full capital letters. So this officers which got to sit in the office from 9-5 is no help, lazy, and a bunch of self-centered people I must say.
