last time I went to BSN n do...
need to deposit at least RM100 into the acc if not mistaken...

straight can apply after u done ur SSPN acc..

not sure for this..
last time my Uni is contact PTPTN officer
and come to my campus and do the process
like hand in document,etc...

Dun Worry dude, just relax and attend for ur Orientation's week, they will briefly explain to u the procedure in applying for ptptn loan. When the time comes and u still have question to ask just dun be shy to bring it upfront^^. i will suggest u better not to apply for ur ptptn loan yet before u get all the information and details about the loan since right now u are a bit confusing regarding the loan. So, the best choice is just wait and the briefing will not take long, it will probably on 3rd-4th day of ur orientation's week and the loan u will get it during ur 2nd sem. Unlike other loan like YTN u might need to apply it before ur orientation so that u can receive ur loan before the final exam because u'll need to settle ur fees before u're attending for the finals. if not u'll not be able to attend for the final exam, so think wisely on which loan u prefer to choose.
