Hi guys, sharing my experience. I received a warning letter one fine day and went to ptptn kl Sentral the next weekend. The officer advised to do a Restructuring. So I paid half of my outstanding at that time and did a restructuring. However years later when I applying for loan, I am Having a hard time. That is when I started digging my records and further studying the ptptn restructuring tnc and then I came across one of the terms and condition is to pay a restructuring service fee of 1% extra. I was not told this during the time I met the officer who advise me to do a restructuring. Anyone else realise or experience this? And also a heads up for those that are considering restructuring.

I planning to convert my conventional to ujrah and merge with my another ujrah loan.  Wanna do without restructuring.  It possible?  I heard PTPTN always has trick on they sleeve, need to watch out the procedure.

If you have guideline and suggestion,  pls do tell me
