I have a question here...
For my case, Im actually a scholarship student, however, I have to be bonded with the company.
After one year, I have not signed the contract yet.
However, after much consideration, I might not want to sign the contract thus making me having to pay for the fees.
And yet, since my parents couldn't afford to pay, can I apply for PTPTN loan in this case? I wonder if that is possible to get the full loan or at least 75% after studying for a year?
