My PTPTN loan got rejected and the reason they give is a below :-

PERMOHONAN KALI KEDUA-TIDAK LAYAK ( GAGAL/BERHENTI PENGAJIAN/BAKI HUTANG/ DATA
MASIH AKTIF PADA PEMBIAYAAN TERDAHULU )

This is my 1st semestar in the University and i have never took up a loan from PTPTN before.

Any idea why are they rejecting ?

I'm from MMU btw ~
