PTPTN is sucks man.

Look they asked me to email webmaster@ptptn.gov.my to get my pin number

After i email them webmaster@ptptn.gov.my the mail box is not exist




How they wanted to encourage us to repay the loan?
Their system is a huge hurdle for us.

PTPTN request borrower to pay but first they need to maintain their system.

System down then how do they expect the borrower to pay?

PTPTN sucks, wanna pay also got problem

PTPTN system always problem.

I dont feel safe and secure when paying online.

Please PTPTN, if you want the borrower to pay, then do something to improve your system.

I already facing the same problem numerous time already, whereby my payment via FPX is not reflected online.

And I need to waste a lot of time to call PTPTN center and email here and there.

After payment done, the world class PTPTN system say sorry, now the system is in maintainence mode. WT hell.

Why make it so hassle?

The system suppose to make the payment instant without much human intervention.

What the point of the whole system if its need to follow up manually?

Imagine, if this happen to maybank online payment system, need to confirm whether the third party receive or not? What do you think? Ask maybank to assign a PIC to each maybank customer? Everytime after make online payment, whatsup the maybank PIC ask him/her check?

Its not FPX problem. I had done and complete a lot of payment via FPX with other company.

Only FPX to PTPTN having these stupid problem.

Its already 5 month passed since the implementation of GST, why they still not able to fix this simple issue?

All people facing these problem right now.
