what i saw are only these:
Individual Public Bank passbook slip (1st page with the stated student's name, IC number and bank account number - joint accounts are NOT accepted)

then based on this one:http://www.utar.edu.my/3rdcontentPage1.jsp?2ndcontentid=609&3rdcontentid=560&catid=2&contentid=1545

Must have SSPN Account (must open at least 3 weeks before application date)

i'm really confused... help please...

But my mum asked her fren whom her son is studying in UTAR and she says only need the public bank account. I think i better go to the school only ask. I can't join the orientation because i booked the ticket going back on 3rd day of orientation...
