Anyone got sources for details on the latest belanjawan 2023 incentives for repayment? I've seen few people stating that the 20% discount is only for lump sum repayment but no proper source/statement for it. Wish to know if discount for lump sum or partial repayment also got discount. I've tried asking on PTPTN website but chat only says they're waiting for further info, details TBA.
