Guys... wanna ask.. if my PTPTN loan stated Tidak Diluluskan, can i still apply for the Second Batch? btw, I'm studying in TARC, KL 1st year 2012/2013... I think that they do not approve me is because i registered too early before the registration date open... cuz i registered in 16th/April/2012... my question is actually do i have a chance to re-register by buying a new PIN number for the 2nd batch?

i only know the closing date for 2nd batch is 15/6/2012... but i dunno when is the date start register for 2nd batch... so when do i need to start register for 2nd batch? and i know the closing date for 1st batch was 15/5/2012...
