Just received letter from them ask to pay the outstanding..huge amount @@... Or else after 30days will take action...

Anyone receive this kind of letter too?  Have to settle all or can nego?

With regards to the warning letter for repayment, any possibility of paying minimum amount or must pay the stated amount?

Would like to contact PTPTN but since there are still holiday-ing, best if anyone here can give some info as well.

I plan to pay a min amount and 1 shot pay back later on next turn discount (which seems happens frequently). hmmm..

Consulted no need settle full amount,  just monthly installment.. Blacklisted for those who received third warning letter without make any payment yet..  You can always check online blacklisted list before you want to go overseas.

Funny thing is they started to bill me when I still studying...  Wtf..

Got the first letter after 2 years lol...

Hi Guys, I need some help and advise from you guys  .  I have received a second warning letter stating that I have a "tunggakan" or accumulation of RM2,455.48.
I received the first warning letter in december 30th 2014 but after that I kept paying RM50 every month.  But the second letter still came in.  Is it because I didn't pay the full amount monthly, that's why they issued the second warning letter.
Do I keep paying them my required monthly payment of RM256 or pay the RM2,455.48 and the monthly RM256 after paying the lumpsum? 
It'd be great if some of you could advise me on this.  Thank you!

already called. Officer said auto-generated ... but if you are paying consistently without failed for a year but still received third letters ... should ignore it until blacklisted? Can trust the officers?     

hi guys WTA..i checked my ptptn 3 months back and it showed that i have tunggaran more than 6 months..and going to blacklisted me..so i started to pay back the correct amount for these few months.. and i checked imigresen malaysia ..still not been blocked..but going to oversea next 2 months. any1 have this issue and how u settle.... think need to go counter and settle the repayment using epf..

ya i just settled with ptptn..got outstanding of 3k++ ..they issue me a letter as i request to repay with EPF..then just bring the letter by PTPN together with your original copy of degree / diploma cert OR final semester result ORI and Photocopy to EPF then can settle edi..now waiting 14 days for them to transfer && to ptptn and then will not be listed in blacklist..coz so far my condition is "going-to-be" ..the ptptn officer just remind me not to outstanding the payment again

Something is wrong with my PTPTN. I graduated officially on August 2014 (based on my certificate). By right, I should only start paying 6 months after which is supposed to be February 2015.

But today, I was told by banker that my CCRIS shows that I did not pay for 25 months. I went to check my PTPTN statement online and indeed they start charging me since July 2013. How can this be possible?

From February 2015 to current date, I have paid around 6 or 7 times. When do they start counting the official date of my pay back? I thought it is supposed to be 6 months after graduation.

Can I make a complain to PTPTN about this? My housing loan was rejected by bank due to this reason. I was asked to clear my total outstanding (RM41k) in order to clear it off CCRIS. Any bayaran for tertunggak will not help my case at all according to banker.

What other ways can I do now?

omg! applied for restructure, but paid rm3k in order to proceed the new agreement. but the new agreement does not deduct this rm3k that i just paid.

In other word, friendly and cute PTPTN official just earned 3k "agent fee"?

Halo peeps, may I know following the budget 2022 PTPTN discount, is it wise to pay 1 lump sum or pay half?

Last time they did 20% discount, this time 15% for 1 lump sum repayment, kinda think that the 5% reduction is a key deciding factor.

I'm not sure if it's a good move to pay large amount, need to seek a second opinion..

Perhaps if you just tie your card for direct debit.

I just asked them about the discount for full settlement, and they just asked for my IC number...
and then told me what's the amount I need to pay (after 15% discount), if I manage to pay fully within 1 Nov - 30 Nov.
