want to ask, when i rent a house in a housing area that has security guards, normally who will pay for the security fees ? renter or owner ?

also, how about if i rent a condo / apartment, who usually pays for the monthly maintenance fees ?

usually it should be the owner of a property to pay for maintenance fees
since even no1 is renting, he still paying, same goes cukai pintu, quit rent

normally the bill is send to the owner. some owners will pay for maintenance but actually rental already cover the amount. just to save the hassle of collecting money from the tenant.

my tenant pays the maintenance fees because i'm renting it out at a lower rate.

never trust anyone, coz once they know your info in & out.
they will start apply this that even bank refinance stuff.

owner manage, renter pay rent. simple as that.
