QUOTE(chiahau @ Jan 25 2010, 05:27 PM) Thanks for the reply but i don't really like the terms of "gaming" as its bit way over-rated for me (sorry if it offended someone here), so i still prefer Filco, but since it's available in Singapore, is there any online store i can buy from? |

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jan 25 2010, 05:44 PM) u know u really should at least do some small research before dismissing off the 7G due to its gaming term. I know 7G is a mechanical keyboard, as a o2jam players i'm serious when it comes to choosing a keyboard, bah i guess i have to give my hand a try on those keyboard before choosing =\a mechanical keyboard is a mechanical keyboard period. also some places label the filco as a gaming keyboard. and fyi, the SRP of the full size filco in SG is SGD199 / RM490. and that obviously doesnt include shipping + tax / your transport fees going there. |

QUOTE anyway, thanks for your reply. i'm so sorry, i don't really believe all these specs sheets. i would like to know the real exact situation where real o2jammers playing it with any backlit gaming keyboard without any problems. i'm afraid to say but, AS long as a keyboard that comes with USB, it's not friendly for o2jam, yes i do play o2jam, and i've experienced multiple of keyboard choices JUST for o2jam, and i found out USB keyboard are not able to press 7 keys at once due to the limitations of transfer speed for USB, unless you get a usb to ps/2 converter, from what i heard from my friend who used razer keyboard used the converter, he's able to press all the keys together at once. For my own recommendations, i would prefer you to get a mechanical keyboard instead, and look for the switches that suits you, and you will be surprised with the outcome.
