Investment? If so, Pelangi might be a good choice.

Normally for the places I buy, I will stay few years before selling. So, it's like both. hmm.gif

suiteng, the areas that u've listed out span quite a vast geographical area (from sg besi to dsara to titiwangsa, etc). u sure u dun mind staying in any of these areas? how abt proximity to work, family, etc?

anyway, from the above list, i would say titiwangsa sentral beats the others hands down in terms of investment. however, all units have been sold out so u can strike that out from ur list. ytl has also pulled back the launching of midfields tower b and refunded all deposits to the prospective buyers with the reason "permit still not approved"... doh.gif considering that tower b was still only 50% sold for abt a yr after it was launched, i am not surprised. tower a is sold out so i guess u dun hafta consider midfields anymore as well.

pelangi dsara that u stated would be pelangi 1 or 2? pelangi 1 is quite...ehem whistling.gif

tropics...well, the remaining units have a 'less than desirable facing' (indian graveyard next to kdu) and at abt RM300k a pop now for 500+ sqf, hmmm...

ritze perdana 2 consists of all studios so it might be abit hard if u wanna sell it next time unless u got urself a choice unit with nice fittings and fixtures.

if 1petaling is an option, why not consider zest? better location for investment imho. 1petaling is leasehold compared to zest's freehold. but zest is currently selling its block A now, which is pricier compared to blocks C and B launched few mths back.

If I could pick 2, my vote goes for :

1. Titiwangsa Sentral ( I assume u have a way of getting a unit there, hence y u put in ur list ) for obvious reasons.

2. Tropics - Casa Suites prices n rental looks to be holding fairly OK and doubt the Glomac Residence accross the road will be anything less than RM600psf.

Dun bocor me la boss laugh.gif I am looking at Titiwangsa but looking at more options also. Location wise, Titiwangsa is only convenient with it's public transport, but with those pollution, I think I will just buy then sell instead of staying.

Tropics is nice wor..

think if u buying for own stay 1st for a few years, the better option would be tropics (lifestyle mall, GSC, convinience etc).

And for appreciation, someone just go reply from Glomac that they will be launching their service apartments next year starting from indicative rm600psf. Thats 50% premium over Tropics smile.gif

"Thats 50% premium"... that's how jokers get laughing and newbies get slaughtered (and not realizing what hit 'em).
there're plenty of spin doctors around.. if you really do a deal, you'd soon realized that there're alot of bluff around..

making a deal is not equivalent to talking about a deal.
and hearing it from the "master"bate himself.. makes it a more authentic(bluff and fluff)
